Terms of Service

By using the services offered by Nuicron (“nuicron.io”, “nuicron.com”, “nuicron.net”, “we”, “us” or “our”), these Terms of Use are deemed agreed.

We reserve the right to amend our Terms of Use where necessary. In the notification settings, an option can be enabled that allows us to use your email address linked with Discord in order to inform you about changes to our Terms of Use.

1. Description of Services

Nuicron provides a software platform for the creation, management and hosting of Discord bots (or apps, the new designation introduced by Discord). The specific scope of functions may change at any time.

2. User Account

A Discord account is required for use. The user is solely responsible for the security of their account. Nuicron assumes no additional responsibility in the event of account loss. As a general rule, Nuicron does not offer any option to transfer data between user accounts in order to prevent misuse.

In the event of account loss, the responsible person or team should be contacted at support@nuicron.io or via the Discord support server. We recommend creating a support ticket on the support server for increased priority and speed.

3. Obligations of the User

The user undertakes to:

• not distribute unlawful content
• not engage in platform manipulation or misuse
• comply with applicable laws
• report unknown errors or issues and not exploit them for misuse
• not use services created on the Nuicron platform for illegal purposes. In addition, the Discord ToS must also be observed.

4. Availability

There is no entitlement to permanent or uninterrupted availability of the services.

Nuicron cannot guarantee that:

• our bots are online 24/7. Outages may occur due to our hosting provider or Discord itself.
• our bots are free of errors. Every website, every app and every system may contain errors. However, we take care of resolving these problems as quickly as possible.
• we (the operator and any existing team) are available 24/7. Breaks or downtime are to be expected.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

Nuicron is not liable for:

• data loss, related to but not limited to third parties, force majeure or accidents
• outages (hosting, maintenance, etc.)
• damages caused by third-party providers (e.g. Discord)

Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or delete user accounts in the event of violations of these conditions. If a bot or app violates our Terms of Use, only that individual bot may also be removed.

7. Changes to the Terms

These Terms of Use may be amended at any time. Changes take effect upon publication.

8. Applicable Law

Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

9. Place of Jurisdiction

The place of jurisdiction is, insofar as legally permissible, the registered office of the operator.
